Sheet 02 of 04 · About
The people who draft your plans are the same firm that runs the structural numbers, files the permits, answers the city's questions, and then swings the hammer.
The Difference
The usual way
3
hand-offs between separate firms and city hall
Integrity
0
hand-offs. One office does all four.
Under One Roof
Plans are drawn in-house, from how you actually live, never from a template. The people drawing them are the people who will build them, so they are drawn to be built.
Structural calculations are done at the same table as the drawings, so design and structure get settled together instead of traded back and forth between offices.
We prepare the permit set, file it, and walk it through city hall ourselves. You are never the go-between.
The team that designed it builds it. If something on site does not match the drawings, there is no other firm to point at. No finger-pointing, ever.
The Record
Where we build
One design-build office, start to finish. We draw the plans, run the structural numbers, file the permits and build it ourselves, with the crew pictured here.
